Return/Refund Policy

Returns

Unfortunately we do not offer returns at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we kindly suggest gifting it to a loved one or someone in need. This way, our products, and the light they bring, can still be shared and enjoyed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately at support@lightwoven.store if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds can be given within 30 days of an order being made. If you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to be refunded, please let us know by contacting us at support@lightwoven.store.

Once your request is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
